Order Tracking
1. Track Your Order
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email within 1–2 business days after purchase.
You can use this tracking number to follow your shipment directly on the carrier’s website (such as DHL, UPS, or Canada Post).
If you created an account during checkout, you can also log in to view your order status and history at any time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
Please note that weekends and holidays may slightly extend processing times.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability:

United States: 5–10 business days

International orders: 7–15 business days
We will always provide updates if there are unexpected delays.
4. Customs and Import Fees
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or taxes charged upon arrival.
MiningVault is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
